• Author Registration Deadline: October 20, 2025 (AoE)  November 2, 2025 (AoE)  Extended
• At least one author of each accepted paper must complete the PROFESSIONAL FULL PASS registration and pay the registration fee by October 20, 2025 (AoE)  November 2, 2025 (AoE)  Extended
• Early Registration Deadline: November 2, 12:59 PM (AoE)
• Late Registration Deadline: November 16, 12:59 PM (AoE)

Registration fees

Cancellation Policy

All requests for refund or cancellation must be submitted in writing and received by e-mail at apsec2025@iccmacao.com no later than Nov 16th, 2025 (AoE). An administrative fee of 400 HKD will be deducted from each refund amount. Refunds will be processed within 2 - 3 weeks after the conclusion of the conference. No refunds will be provided after Nov 16th, 2025 (AoE).
