We are pleased to announce the Travel Grant Program for students and junior scientists attending APSEC 2025 to be held in Wynn Palace in Macao, China, from Dec 2-5, 2025. Recipient will get 4 (four) nights of standard twin room at a local four-star hotel (The room to be shared with another student).

Application Procedure

Step 1. Applicants must submit the following documents via email to apsec2025@iccmacao.com before October 26 (Sun), 2025, 23:59 (GMT+8, Beijing Time):

• whether any other sources of support are available to the applicant
• a case for support that includes reasons why APSEC 2025 should make the grant to the applicant
• a letter of support (for students only) from the applicant’s advisor/head of department.

Step 2. Decision will be announced before Early Registration Deadline: November 2, 2025, AoE. Applicants with accepted technical papers or who are actively participating in the conference in some capacity will be given priority. 

Step 3. Upon receiving the successful notification, a deposit of HKD 1,000 is required to confirm your eligibility for the travel grant. Once the deposit is paid, it will only be refunded if you sign in and sign out at the conference venue for at least 2 days during the conference. Any refund requests under other circumstances will not be accepted. This is to ensure that the conference benefits are provided to participants who truly need them.
